About the apps
- Do the apps cost extra?
- No. The apps are free to download and use the same Grainwork account. Pricing stays $99 USD per user per month for anyone making changes, and shop viewers and customers are free.
- Do I need a separate account for the apps?
- No. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web. Your projects, customers and messages are all there.
- Can I design cabinets on my phone?
- The phone and tablet apps are for looking at the work, keeping up with messages and joining calls. Designing and running output happens in the Windows app or the browser.
- When will the apps be ready?
- The Windows app is in the Microsoft Store now. The iPhone, iPad and Android links go live as soon as each listing is approved. Until then, everything works in your browser.
